As the contractors literally building the future WVU Medicine Children’s hospital bolt by bolt, we are improving the lives of children and women throughout this region.
But, just because the building’s construction is well underway doesn’t mean that our work is done. In fact, we’re far from it.
We can provide even greater hope for these young kids and mothers with financial support that allows WVU Children’s to offer essential programs and critical services. This financial support allows the building you helped create to make an even greater impact.
WVU Medicine has been serving the families since 1960 when it first opened its doors as a new University Hospital in what is now the WVU Health Sciences Center. This is now our moment to build a legacy and a new future for these patients and their families.
It is imperative that WVU Children’s GROWs so that families have a place to go when an unexpected illness or injury strikes – a place that will provide hope and healing for generations to come.
Maybe your child or grandchild was born in the Birthing Center or spent time in the NICU or PICU.
No gift is too small. By coming together, we can truly make a difference.
All contractor employees who give a minimum of $50 will be recognized on permanent signage in the new hospital. Please note if you would like to remain anonymous.
