With your generous giving, the campaign raised nearly $7,000 enabling us to purchase one PAL unit and 20 sensors to help our NICU infants.

Since obtaining the unit, the PAL device has been used on our NICU and PICU units to encourage premature infants to suck effectively, prepare cardiac care infants to take their first bottle feedings, and soothe babies with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.

Many of the physicians, nurses, and other staff are sharing positive experiences about how the PAL has helped their patients during the PAL therapy sessions, during the feedings that immediately follow PAL training, and the overall trajectory of the care plan.
